The rules that apply when you use Clutchee. Last updated: 25 August 2026.
Clutchee (https://clutchee.app) is a platform to generate and manage sports and e-sport tournament brackets: group stages, single and double elimination, Swiss rounds, live scoring, standings, sharing and broadcast overlays.
By creating an account, publishing a tournament or otherwise using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Clutchee. We may update these terms; the date above indicates the latest version.
Guest mode. You can start without registering. A guest account is tied to a single browser: if you clear your browser data or change device without linking an email or Google account, its tournaments and credits are lost. Linking a permanent sign-in method keeps them.
Registered accounts. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for enabling two-factor authentication if you want extra protection, and for all activity performed with your account. Tell us immediately at contact@clutchee.app if you suspect unauthorised use.
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country to use the service.
You agree not to:
Our rights. The Clutchee name, logo, interface, design system, bracket engine and code are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Your rights. You keep ownership of the tournament data you create. By publishing a tournament publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and share it inside the service, in public discovery pages, overlays and shareable images.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Clutchee is a tool: the organiser remains solely responsible for the sporting decisions, scores, rankings, prizes and disputes of their tournament. We are not a party to any competition run on the platform and cannot arbitrate its results.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost audience, revenue or reputation caused by connection interruptions, overlay or streaming failures, or downtime during a live event. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
You may stop using Clutchee at any time and permanently delete your account and its tournaments from Profile settings, in the Danger Zone. Deletion is irreversible; consumed credits are not restored.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, abuses the credit system or endangers the service or other users, with notice where reasonably possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and of the country where the publisher is established, without prejudice to the protective provisions applicable to consumers in their country of residence. Questions: contact@clutchee.app.
