Everyone plays everyone

Enter your participants and Clutchee creates every pairing exactly once. Nobody is eliminated, and the final ranking reflects every result.

One live standings table

Each recorded score updates points, score difference and score scored. Players and spectators follow the table live from one public link.

Mind the number of matches

The number of matches grows fast: 28 for 8 participants, 120 for 16. For bigger events, groups followed by playoffs keep the tournament shorter.

Frequently asked questions

How many matches does a round robin create?
Every pair of participants meets once, so n participants give n × (n − 1) ÷ 2 matches: 8 participants = 28 matches, 12 = 66, 16 = 120, 24 = 276, 32 = 496, 64 = 2016. The count grows quadratically: 512 entries would make 130,816 matches.
How is the standings table ranked?
In points-based sports a win gives 3 points and a draw 1 point; in sets or best-of formats a win gives 2 points. Ties are broken by score difference, then by score scored, then alphabetically by name.
Does Clutchee plan rounds, match times or courts?
No. Clutchee generates the full list of matches and the standings. It does not split matches into planned rounds, assign times or courts, or handle byes. You decide the order of play.
How many participants can I choose?
The creator shows presets of 8, 12, 16, 24, 32 and 64 entries, and an Other field accepts any number from 2 to 512 entries (each entry is a player or a team). At publication, the limits still apply: up to 30 players per team, up to 512 players in total, and your pass limits if you use one. Very large round robins have not been performance-tested.
How many credits does it cost?
Credits are counted on players: the sum of every team's roster, with a minimum of 1 player per entry (a team without a roster counts as 1). 1 credit covers up to 16 players, 2 up to 32, and so on. Credits are charged when you publish, unless an active Club or Pro pass covers the tournament. Every account starts with 2 free credits, and generating the preview is free. See the pricing page for Club and Pro pass limits.
Is this a Swiss system?
No. A Swiss system pairs players with similar records round by round. Clutchee does not do that: here everyone plays everyone once.
