How Clutchee collects, uses and protects your data. Last updated: 25 August 2026.
Clutchee (https://clutchee.app) is a tournament bracket generation and management platform. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use the service, and the rights you have over that data.
For any privacy, data access or deletion request, contact us at contact@clutchee.app. We operate under European Union law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. When you sign in with an email address, we store that email address and your authentication credentials. Guest accounts store only an anonymous identifier.
Tournament data. Tournament names, participant and team names, rosters, match scores, brackets, standings and optional broadcast links you add yourself.
Technical & analytics data. IP address, device and browser information, approximate country, pages viewed and interactions, collected through web analytics and audience measurement tools.
Payment data. Credit purchases are processed by a secure third-party payment provider. Clutchee never receives or stores your credit card details; we only keep the purchase record (amount, date, credits granted) needed for billing and invoices.
We use the data above only to operate and improve the service, namely to:
Clutchee's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, nor do we use it for surveillance or serving targeted advertisements.
We rely on a small number of processors, each limited to what their function requires:
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
We keep account and tournament data for as long as your account exists, and billing records for the period required by accounting law. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.
Under the GDPR and the CCPA you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise the two main rights yourself at any time: open Profile settings and use the Danger Zone to export your data or permanently delete your account and its tournaments.
For any other request, or to lodge a complaint, write to contact@clutchee.app. You may also contact your national data protection authority.
Session storage. Authentication tokens are stored in your browser so you stay signed in. They are removed when you sign out.
Language cookie. The clutchee_locale cookie remembers the interface language you pick, so the site does not switch back on your next visit.
Analytics tags. Audience measurement tags collect aggregated usage and conversion statistics. You can block them with your browser or an extension without losing access to the service.
